Physiotherapy is a clinical health science and profession that aims to diagnose, rehabilitate and improve people with movement disorders by using evidence-based, natural methods such as exercise, manual therapy, education and advocacy. Our physiotherapists are dedicated to continued professional development and have developed a variety of skills and treatment modalities to ensure a speedy recovery.

Every appointment will include a short interview about your pain and a full physical assessment of the injury/pain site, to help us to rationalise what the source of your problem is.  An individualised treatment approach will be planned for you and most importantly we will explain the cause of your pain and advise you on how you can help your pain in your day to day activities
